Mont Blanc is the highest peak in Western Europe sitting at 4808m. It’s a beautiful, imposing and highly sought after summit, a majestic peak that sits at the roof of the Alps on the border of France and Italy. With magnificent views across the rest of the Alps from the summit, Mont Blanc entices mountaineers from all over the world year after year.

Although an impressive and imposing mountain, it is a feasible objective if you have a high level of fitness and previous experience. That said, it is not to be underestimated. The climb is a challenge for any mountaineer, from beginners to the very experienced.
