9am After be welcomed by a coffe and croissant, our chef will lead you in a local market . You will feel,smell and taste local products . The chef will tell you more about french habits , stories and anecdote . 
You will choose with the advise of the chef the product you are going to cook . 

After this pleasant walk in the french life, you will learn the culinary technique to make 3 french classic and traditionnal recipes that you will have for lunch . 

During the lunch,  your host  will continue to learn you about history, culture  of  food in France . 

Around, 1 pm you will share the lunch you have created around glass of wine and finish your lunch by tasting french cheese .
